Docking & Maneuvering
An experienced Licensed Captain will come aboard your boat and train you in any topic you wish. Rates: Only $65.00/hour + $20.00/hour for travel. Call to make appointment.
On the Water Training
Using Trolling Equipment
This is a four hour class offering in-depth instruction in using the following equipment: Dipsey Divers, Downriggers, In-Line Planerboards, Regular Planerboards, Leadcore, and using stacked lures. The Captain will discuss several different lures and how they are used effectively. A “Must” class for the sport-fishing charter Captain. Tuition: $149.00 Minimum 4 students required to hold a class.
Classroom Training
GPS/Chartplotters
This is a four hour class offering in-depth instruction in the theory and practice of using modern GPS/Chartplotters. The class focuses on how to enter waypoints and routes as well as reviewing the many other less know capabilities that will prove to be invaluable. Tuition: $99.00 Minimum 6 students required to hold a class.
